The high-tech space industry’s biggest hurdle is actually a “no-tech” problem.

The space race will be won by the company that solves the problem of talent mobility.

Losing a vital engineer mid-race is a catastrophe. You don’t just lose someone crunching numbers; you lose the person who knows which numbers to crunch and where they came from. If you think a raise will make them stay, you’re only buying three more months.

I’ve heard burnout rates are high in this industry, but I have a different theory. During my early career, we were 100+ programmers working 70-80 hours a week. None of us burned out—we were super motivated and appreciated. But our families? They were not.

Most of us left. I left because my wife, the mother of our two children, deserved to focus on her career too. But back then, there were no flexible alternatives for a gifted Assembler programmer. So, I started my own company to change the world my way.

I’ll admit, I don’t have an “ordinary” personality. When ChatGPT analyzed me, it said: “Oh boy, that is the only one that is worse than Elon’s.”
Maybe most people shouldn’t go my way, but everyone deserves a chance to create a life that suits them—even if they are married to a high-tech engineer.

One of my discoveries has now reached its second generation, is well-tested, and ready for mass production. And I don’t do “ordinary.” This manufacturing work is designed for “Family Managers”—those living with a high-tech engineer and want a job that is meaningful, rewarding, and creative.

The setup: 5-hour shifts. Before or after 1 PM.
The impact: Products that cure gastric ulcers in horses without drugs and make once-a-day feeding superior to traditional schedules that always collide with family life.
